The grip you need.
On and off road.
For riders who want more than control.
On the bike, you know immediately whether you’re really there or just riding. Mindful Rider is for the moments when you sense there’s more here. And you’re ready to look more closely.
What's really holding you back?
Maybe there’s a block after a crash that just won’t shift, or a hesitation before the ride that feels like a stranger living inside you. Maybe you also sense that there’s more in you than you can show right now.
Fear on the bike is rarely fear of the bike.
This is GRIP.
GRIP describes, in four clear levels, a state that you develop within yourself and that becomes more and more natural over time.
Grounded
How do I find my footing again?
Your weight settles into the pegs, your breath drops into your belly, and the ground is there again.
Regulated
How do I move from alarm into action?
Your pulse finds its rhythm, your hands soften on the bars, and tension turns into readiness.
Integrated
What in me wants to be understood, connected or newly ordered?
What used to hold you back finds its place, and everything in you starts riding in the same direction.
Present
How do I live and ride this consciously, right now?
Your gaze opens up, the line shows itself, and you are fully here, right where the tyre meets the ground.
When we work together, you get to know your own system. You recognise what throws you off course and what brings you back. And at some point it happens almost by itself, on the bike and in life.
Three paths · One destination.
More clarity and more grip, on the bike and in your life.
Maybe you need something for right now, maybe you sense there’s more beneath the surface or you’re ready to go the whole way. Here you’ll find what’s right for exactly where you are.
Find Your Grip

The Road Within
A Full GRIP Journey.
I'm Hannes.
I’m a mental trainer, hypnotherapist and adventure rider. I guide riders back to themselves, to inner stability, clarity and the grip they need. What I pass on, I know from my own experience, from many years on the road in Australia and South America. And from a crash that marked a new beginning for me.
Clarity Corner
Thoughts that give you ground, and a space where people share the experience that changed them. The episodes are about fear and freedom, inner blocks and what the motorcycle teaches us when we really pay attention.
